Stash
The stash is a per-tally bag of reusable rows. If you log the same thing often — a 250 ml glass of water, a $4.50 coffee, 30 minutes of reading — stash it once and re-insert it with a tap.
Stashing a row
Swipe right on any row and tap Stash. The row's label, value, and sign are saved into the stash for that tally.
The stash is per-tally — your water stash and your spending stash stay separate.
Using a stashed row
Tap the tray icon in the toolbar to open the stash for the current tally. Tap any stashed row to insert it as a new row in the current period.
The stash sheet has a search box — type to filter by label or tag.
Tags
You can attach up to 3 tags to a stashed row. Tags are colored capsules and make it easier to find related rows.
To tag a stashed row:
- Open the stash.
- Swipe right on a row (or right-click on Mac) and tap Tags.
- Type a tag and tap Add. Repeat for more tags.
- Tap Save.
Each tag is up to 16 letters. The same tag is always the same color across the app.
Bulk insert
The stash sheet has an Insert All button that adds every stashed row to the current period in one tap. With a search active, the button changes to Insert N matching and only inserts the rows that match your search.
Great for morning routines, recurring expenses, or any batch of rows you log together.
Deleting a stashed row
Swipe left on a stashed row and tap Delete. Only the stash entry is removed — rows you've already inserted into the tally aren't affected.
